We are a small horse business located in the beautiful Whitewood countryside looking out at Bear Butte mountain in South Dakota. We chose this area because it's an ideal place to raise horses, and has some of the most nutritious hay in the country. We currently own, show and train our own small number of horses, you can see them here.

We have been involved with horses for a combined 25 years, with our current focus on show, pleasure and sales. Let us help you sell or buy a horse! We are experienced with the horse market, internet sales and have a reputation in the horse business with buyers and sellers. We offer equine photography and videography so your horse can be viewed from anywhere, opening your options to out of state business. We can help you buy or sell a horse anywhere!

We also offer our own horses for sale, you can see them at Luxury Paint & Quarter Horses. Our young horses grow up running free in pasture, while also being handled daily and being taught to interact with people and other animals. Our horses are not "bucked out" or "broken", instead we use slower training techniques that focus very closely on ground manners and establishing a strong foundation for all other types of training. The result is horses that are confident, intelligent and trusting. We believe in breeding quality, not quantity.

Please feel free to contact Jen Arias regarding selling your horse on our site or any of the other services listed.

~ Hey Jen,
Here is Hobbs one of our kitties. That is Peanut laying there (napping in the sun). Hobbs actually jumped on her rear and she didn't even move! I couldn't believe it! We rubbed her for a long time. When we got up to go in she put her head up as if to say Are you done already! Too cute. We think she is sooooooooooo sweet.
I hope you enjoyed the pics and flicks!

~ Jen, I'm glad you wrote. Trixie is doing great, she is with the trainer until the tenth.  We thought we'd try her on barrels but she's turning out to be better with western pleasure. She didn't foal this year, she wasn't getting a belly or bagging up so I had her vet checked and at some point she either absorbed the egg or miscarried the foal. The vet thinks it was early because her hormone levels where already back to normal. She is so friendly, always the first to run up in the pasture. She's been gone about a month and a half and we all REALLY miss her! At one point I put all of our horses up for sale and almost sold her. We were in a bind money wise. Anyhow my Buckskin mare sold first so I backed out of the sale on Trixie. I am so happy we did, she has been wonderful! The girls have ponied on her around the property and back in the hills and she is as quiet as can be. Morgan went out Friday to watch her working and she rode her in the arena alone. She is also very anxious to have Trixie back here. I'll try to get some pictures sent to you when she gets home. Hope all is going well with you, talk with you soon -Suzanne  ~ Tennessee

~ Hello Jen,
Thank you very much for the email.  The information will come in handy.
I have only had a few opportunities to ride Fox so far.
The weather here has turned bitter cold and the wind never ends.
So the horses have had a nice break.
We have been getting along very nicely. He fits in with our other horses nicely.
It took a little bit for them to get used to another horse in the group but everybody is settled down and getting along very well. Thanks again,  Please feel free to email me anytime.  -Allison ~ Minnesota
